The railway authority has been making full use of the Haolebaoji-Ji’an Railway’s role as a major corridor for “North Coal to South Transportation,” by taking measures such as optimizing transportation organization and strengthening capacity assurance, to serve national economic and people’s livelihood needs. As of December 11, Haolebaoji-Ji’an Railway’s thermal coal transportation volume for this year has surpassed 60 million tons, reaching 60.044 million tons, representing a year-on-year growth of 9.5%.

They have closely followed mid- to long-term coal contracts and mutual volume assurance agreements, which, combined with customer forums, has enabled them to comprehensively understand the coal demand of enterprises. In response to the latest policy requirements, CR-Xi’an is actively addressing issues in coal transportation to ensure effective source supply and balanced shipments. As of now, 21 long-term contract customers in its jurisdiction have completed coal shipments of 44.813 million tons, exceeding the plan by 15.3%.
