CR-Nanning leverages the advantages of the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor in sea-rail intermodal transportation by utilizing its capacity. It optimizes the joint office working mode, establishes a three-party linkage mechanism among railways, ports, and enterprises, and opens a green channel. CR-Nanning further integrates port and shipping resources, promotes the coordinated efforts between railways and ports, continuously enhances the capacity for the collection and distribution of the Beibu Gulf, and facilitates efficient connection in sea-rail intermodal transportation for fertilizers.
CR-Nanning enhances internal and external coordination, strengthens communication with loading and unloading contractors, and takes measures such as organizing vacationing workers to return to work, hiring additional labor, and regional allocation to ensure sufficient manpower for unloading at major points. They make good use of the new version of the receiving and delivering system to grasp real-time fertilizer distribution demands at various stations within their jurisdiction, remind the fleet to arrange transportation capacity, timely send distribution information to drivers’ mobile apps, and improve the efficiency and turnover of fertilizer transportation. They also fully utilize the renovated open-air areas and warehouses of Liujing Freight Yard after the hardening of Line 1, unloading freights from railways in the daytime and from cars in the nighttime to extend the loading and unloading operation time, fully utilizing the capacity of the freight yard.
