As the “Belt and Road” Initiative (BRI) marks its 10th anniversary, Fujian has been actively expanding new maritime routes and establishing key hubs around the construction of the “21st Century Maritime Silk Road.” The province aims to create an international comprehensive logistics service platform for “Silk Road Shipping”, increase the frequency of CRE trains, implement sea-rail intermodal and multimodal transportation, leverage the synergies between ports and railways, and develop hub nodes for the “dual circulation development pattern. This initiative aims to contribute to the development of new BRI routes.

Fujian has made significant progress by implementing landmark projects such as “Silk Road Shipping,” “Silk Road Flying,” and “Digital Silk Road.” These efforts have laid the foundation for a comprehensive sea-land-air-internet network, forming an integrated “Four-in-One” transportation channel.
